You will agree that If $1.00 belongs to you, it is yours, if $1.00 belongs to us it is ours. On these principles “if” we do not execute your order for "any reason beyond control", we shall refund any deposit money you have paid. 

 

World economic conditions have changed. From 1972 to 2002 we were accepting L/C Payment and Payment against Documents through Banks was acceptable. Banking charges became too expensive, also some buyers did not honour D/P Terms. 

Since 2002 following are payment terms and conditions.  

• All Ready Goods and/or ‘Small Orders’ from USD15,000 to USD50,000 in value for deliveries 15-45 days we need 100% full payment. 
• All ODM and/or OEM ‘Medium Size Orders’ deliveries 45-90 days and value from USD50,000 up to USD300,000; 30% Deposit is mandatory for production planning of your ordered goods. 70% Balance once we confirm your goods are ready and inspected by our QC/QA team; you also have right for your inspections please arrange payment immediately for execution of your order. Only on receipt of payment our execution department will execute your shipment. 
• All OEM/ODM orders above $300,000; 30% Mandatory Deposit remains unchanged only balance amount we can accept Payment against shipping documents or “Standby Letter of Credit from Approved Banks acceptable to our Bank”.   

Prices: Our Prices quoted are already best price we normally quote only for Large Quantity Orders, you are important, your business is important, therefore we shall accept same price for all your Orders. All Prices are FOB Yantian, Shenzhen, China net in US$ per set, Only by full 20ft / 40ft/ 40ft HQ container qty per model. Subject to additional handling charges, less than Container quantity orders and/or Mixed models may be acceptable only case by case basis, please discuss with us only by emails.

Packaging, Logo Printing & Brands: All Product models are supplied in neutral or our brand name in our choice of colours and packaging designs according to our market survey with our experienced buyers. Buyer own brands are acceptable subject to minimum order of container quantity, but not less than 3000 sets. Per Model - subject to artwork, colour separation, and additional printing costs if any; these costs vary on a case by case basis.

AC Operated Items: All price are quoted in normal standard cord and normal AC cords for any AC operated item. Buyers requiring AC operated items to be specially approved for respective country approvals or to be supplied with special AC cords are subject to surcharge.

Quality Standard: Our products are made in international military standards A.Q.L. (acceptable quality levels) of 1.5% major and 4% minor. Experienced importers will take this into their marketing planning. We do not provide after sales service or spare parts. However, buyers may buy spare parts from us at cost and we shall provide service manuals for their service departments. Our maximum liability is only basic cost of product excluding all shipping and handling charges.

Warranty: We do not provide after service or spare parts. However, buyers may buy spare parts from us at cost and we shall provide service manuals for their service departments.

Inventory is the biggest enemy in business, please avoid creating inventories for any reason, consider before you place any order. We do not accept any cancellation of any order, once you place any order it is irrevocable as we have to execute production of your goods as ordered.
